Radiant bibliographic index

How to use this index:
Downdload all files including the MDB database to the same directory.
Microsoft Access and adobe pfd reader should be installed at your computer.
With the access database you can browse through the articles, search and filter. 
Clicking on the given link opens the article in pdf.
Note: this index is complete until 2002 but will be updates soon.
